You have to write a story. REMEMBER: Verbs in past

(ESCRIBIR UNA HISTORIA PARECIDA A LA QUE HICISTE EL MARTES. PUEDES CAMBIAR LOS VERBOS POR OTROS, AÑADIR O QUITAR, USAR EL VOCABULARIO QUE SE TE OCURRA)

ANTES DE EMPEZAR: PIENSA PRIMERO QUIÉN ES EL PERSONAJE, DÓNDE SUCEDE LA HISTORIA, QUÉ LE OCURRE, ¿TIENE ENEMIGOS? ¿HACE ALGO EXTRAÑO? ¿ENCUENTRA UN OBJETO MISTERIOSO?

Aparte del vocabulario de verbos en pasado podéis usar algunas de estas expresiones:
Mysterious: misterioso   A mysterious man
Strange: extraño    Some strange people
Adventure: aventura   This is the adventure of
Magic objetc: objeto mágico   He found a magic objetc
Magic powers: poderes mágicos   The kid had magic powers
Angry: enfadado    And then he got angry
Upset: enfadado     First, they were upset because...
Pirate: pirata     I saw a pirate
Monster: monstruo    There was a horrible monster
Rainy day: día lluvioso    It was a rainy grey day
Sunny: soleado     Yesterday was very sunny

My spaceship broke down so I slept in the Castle. The castle was very old but beautiful.

In the afternoon I played football in Ricardo Codorníu School. The children in Sexto were wonderful and very intelligent.

At night I flew back to my planet. SEE YOU SOON!!

ENGLISH 5º TUESDAY 21 APRIL

Buenos días chicos, hoy en inglés vamos a repasar la hora. Recordad lo siguiente:

-          O’clock: en punto.

-          Half: y media.

-          Quarter: y cuarto.

-          To: menos.

-          Past: y.

Por ejemplo:

-          It’s two o’clock: Son las dos en punto.

-          It’s half past three: Son las tres y media.

-          It’s quarter to eleven: Son las once menos cuarto.

-          It’s quarter past seven: Son las siete y media.

Ahora pincha en el siguiente enlace para jugar a un juego donde repasarás las horas, si te equivocas te caerás al agua pero puede volver a intentarlo (tienes que darle a START para empezar):

Os dejo una actividad sencilla.

(Recuerda: excepto “play”, todos los verbos son irregulares)

Hola, chicos, vamos a seguir repasando un poco el vocabulario de las profesiones.
Vamos a hacer un pequeño ejercicio que es como un juego. Tenéis que escribir en vuestra libreta el nombre de las profesiones que hay en estos dibujos:

Después tienes que  escribir en tu libreta la siguiente frase y completarla
  I like ..........   ........   plays.

¿Cómo la completas? Para ello debes usar las letras que os indican en cada profesión. Por ejemplo 1. It's the first (la primera) de hairdresser: es la H. Si the dice: 2. It's the second letter in director (la segunda es la i) y así hasta que completes la frase. A ver si tienes suerte y adivinas lo que dice la frase.

Ahora piensa en otras profesiones. No tienen que estar relacionadas con el mundo del espectáculo. Por ejemplo, shop assistant, taxi driver or police officer. ¿Puedes hacer una lista con 10 más? Si no te acuerdas de muchas usa un diccionario.

Escribe una frase con cada una. Ejemplos:

Veterinarian: Is the person who cures and take care of  dogs and other animals.
Nurse: My mother works in a hospital. She is a nurse.
Police officer: Police officers wear uniforms and help people in the street.
